If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, no worries. Just let us know on the contact form within 15 calendar days of your purchase and we'll take care of you! (refund or exchange)

If your not tickled pink with your item, let us know on the contact form. Be sure to reach out within 15 calendar days of your purchase so we can get you squared away with your refund. After 15 days, you have to keep it forever. 
 

Once your order is received, we'll get it together for you within 24-48 hours. When your order is placed, we'll estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
